Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Supervisor to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to help ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Ensure excellent customer service by monitoring dining areas and addressing customer concerns promptly

• Train, motivate, and support restaurant staff to maintain service standards

• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and adherence to policies

• Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers when necessary

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

• Coordinate shift schedules and delegate tasks efficiently

• Assist in handling cash, POS transactions, and daily sales reconciliation

• Participate in and contribute to marketing and promotional strategies

• Report directly to the restaurant manager or owner with updates on operations

Requirements

• 3–4 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting

• OND, HND, or Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Good understanding of food service operations and safety standards

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Neat and professional appearance

• Must be reliable, organized, and proactive

• Reside in Abuja, preferably within or near Wuse 2

Compensation and Benefits
