Job Summary:
A leading restaurant in Wuse 2, Abuja is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Store Keeper to manage inventory, supplies, and stock records. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience handling procurement and storage in a hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store goods and supplies according to standards.

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.

Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation.

Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
-
Assist with procurement and order placement as needed.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
-
Support other departments with stock-related requirements.

Conduct regular stock audits to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area.

Generate weekly inventory reports for management review.
Requirements:

2–4 years’ experience in inventory management or storekeeping, preferably in hospitality.

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Basic knowledge of inventory software or Excel.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-
Good communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and staff.

Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory quickly.

Basic knowledge of procurement procedures and stock control best practices.
