JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our fashion brand in Wuse 2, Abuja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s social media presence, creating engaging content, growing online communities, and driving brand awareness and customer engagement across digital platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Management

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
Manage and grow the company’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other platforms
Create and schedule engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and videos
Monitor trends and leverage them to increase visibility and engagement

Content Creation & Marketing

Create compelling captions, graphics, and promotional content
Coordinate product launches, campaigns, and special promotions online
Work closely with the sales and creative teams to maintain brand consistency
Track content performance and recommend improvements

Community Engagement

Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries promptly
Build and maintain positive relationships with followers and customers
Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary

Reporting & Analytics

Track key performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
Analyze engagement, reach, and conversion data to optimize campaigns
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and content strategies
Excellent communication and content creation skills
Basic graphic design and video editing skills are an added advantage
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience in the fashion industry is an added advantage
