JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a professional and highly organized Secretary to join our automobile company in Gudu, Abuja. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support, manage office communications, coordinate schedules, and ensure efficient office operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Secretarial Duties
Manage appointments, meetings, and executive schedules
Prepare correspondence, reports, and official documents
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally
Maintain confidential records and company documentation
Office Coordination
Organize meetings and prepare meeting materials
Maintain filing systems and office records
Assist with travel arrangements and logistics when required
Coordinate communication between management and staff
Administrative Support
Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks
Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment
Ensure proper record keeping and documentation
Assist in preparing reports and presentations
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Experience in the automobile industry is an added advantage
