Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to play a pivotal role in executing our go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for introducing new products to the market, generating leads, converting prospects, and building a strong retail and distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support go-to-market strategies for new and existing products

• Identify, generate, and follow up on leads to increase client base

• Conduct product presentations and engage prospective customers effectively

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors

• Track sales activities and report performance to management

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform strategy

• Work closely with marketing and distribution teams to align efforts

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years in retail industry

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be target-driven and result-oriented

• Familiarity with Abuja and its retail landscape is an advantage
