About Us:
We are a fast-growing cosmetics and beauty store based in Wuse 2, Abuja, committed to empowering confidence through high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. As we expand, we’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead our retail operations and grow our presence in the industry.

What You’ll Do:
As our Sales Manager, you’ll manage multiple store branches, train and motivate sales personnel, and implement effective strategies to drive sales and improve team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets

• Oversee daily operations and performance across different branches

• Train, mentor, and lead sales staff to meet and exceed goals

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

• Foster strong client and distributor relationships

• Monitor market trends and customer preferences

• Analyze sales data and deliver actionable insights to management

• Ensure exceptional in-store customer experience and retention

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a sales leadership role (preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or retail)

• Solid understanding of sales metrics, team motivation, and CRM tools

• Strong communication, negotiation, and team-building skills

• Self-motivated and results-oriented

• Experience managing multiple retail locations

• Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Must be based in or able to commute reliably to Wuse 2, Abuja

• Ability to create sales reports and interpret data to inform decisions

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or promotional events

• Passion for the beauty industry and customer satisfaction
