Our client, a leading real estate company, is looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join their growing team. As part of the sales team, you will play a critical role in both buying and selling properties, driving new business, and helping clients navigate the exciting world of real estate. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who is eager to excel in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales.
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Display and market real property to possible buyers.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Determine clientsโ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price.
- Oversee the entire process, from property listing to closing, to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience.
Requirements
- Experience female sales executive
- Degree in Marketing and Sales or a similar field
- 3+ years of experience in the real estate sector
- Thorough knowledge of the real estate market
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Strong verbal and written communicator
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skill
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- A proven track record of successful sales records
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude for delivering attractive presentations
- Proven working experience as a real estate salesperson.
