Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations & Growth Manager to lead daily restaurant operations while driving revenue growth and operational excellence. This role requires a strategic leader with strong hospitality experience and a proven track record in managing teams, improving performance, and scaling business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service

• Lead, train, and manage staff performance, scheduling, and compliance

• Control inventory, procurement, and operating costs to maximize profitability

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase sales, customer retention, and brand visibility

• Monitor financial performance, prepare operational reports, and manage budgets

• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion initiatives

• Handle customer issues and operational challenges professionally and efficiently

Requirements

• 6 – 8 years of proven experience in restaurant or hospitality operations management

• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills

• Solid understanding of cost control, inventory management, and financial reporting

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Business development or growth strategy experience is a strong advantage

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
