Job Summary

A leading restaurant in Wuse 2, Abuja is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional service, and drive overall business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a proven ability to enhance sales, revenue, and profitability while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and workflow optimization.

• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.

• Monitor inventory, procurement, and cost control measures.

• Train, motivate, and mentor staff to maintain performance and engagement.

• Analyze sales and financial reports to identify growth opportunities.

• Drive sales performance, maximize revenue, and promote sustainable restaurant growth.

• Implement promotional and marketing initiatives in collaboration with management.

• Address customer complaints and feedback professionally.

• Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency.

• Coordinate events and special promotions to attract and retain clientele.

• Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategies to enhance competitive advantage.

Requirements

• 7–10 years’ experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership.

• Strong understanding of operational, financial, and staff management.

• Proven ability to drive sales, increase revenue, and grow restaurant performance.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and thrive in fast-paced environments.

• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.

• Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and operational data.

• Proactive, resourceful, and able to make independent decisions.
