Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Mixologist to join our front-of-house team and elevate our beverage offerings. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mixology, knowledgeable in crafting both classic and innovative drinks, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to bring flair, flavor, and finesse to our bar program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages with consistency and flair

• Develop unique and seasonal drink menus in collaboration with management

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area at all times

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including hygiene and sanitation standards

• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide recommendations

• Monitor inventory and coordinate bar stock orders as needed

• Train junior bar staff and uphold service quality standards

• Manage bar-related costs by minimizing waste and optimizing workflow

• Stay updated with trends in mixology and beverage presentation

• Support special events and themed nights with tailored drink offerings

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a professional hospitality setting

• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drink ingredients

• Proven ability to craft creative and well-balanced cocktails

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Attention to detail and a flair for presentation

• Ability to work under pressure and during busy hours

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus
