Job Description
Our client is looking for a management trainee who is highly motivated and detail-oriented to join their manufacturing, agriculture, technology, and construction companies. As a management trainee, you should possess a strong desire to learn and grow in your role, as well as develop skills in various areas of the business. This position will provide training and exposure to different departments, allowing the trainee to gain an understanding of the company’s operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to management and other team members as needed
- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations
- Assist in project management and implementation, under the guidance of senior management.
- Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
- Participate in on-the-job training in different departments, including but not limited to sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Conduct research and analysis to support various initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and the timely completion of projects.
- Maintain accurate records of project details, progress, and outcomes.
- Attend and participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions as required.
Requirements:
- The age range is 20 to 26 years.
- Your GPA should either be 2.1 or 2.2.
- Minimum height of 5’11 inches and maximum weight of 70kg
- Proficiency in speaking HAUSA and another Nigerian language at a native level is preferred.
- You have a BACHELOR’S DEGREE in any of the following: business administration, management, marketing, computer science, economics, law,
- agricultural science, civil engineering, mathematics, statistics, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering
- High level of integrity and moral standard
- Ability to work in a team environment
- You should possess excellent analytical skills
- The ability to travel as and when required
- Demonstrated interest in business and willingness to learn
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Flexibility to work in different departments and perform a range of tasks
- Ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure
- Salary: ₦200,000.00 Monthly
