ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Hotel & Apartment Manager to lead daily operations and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading the team, increasing occupancy and revenue, controlling costs, and improving profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✔ Lead daily operations across front office, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other support functions.
✔ Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness, safety, and property upkeep.
✔ Develop and execute plans to achieve occupancy, revenue, and profitability targets.
✔ Drive sales and business development through corporate accounts, partnerships, and repeat bookings.
✔ Manage room rates, promotions, and online booking channels to maximise revenue.
✔ Oversee sales and marketing activities and track their contribution to bookings.
✔ Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and control operating costs.
✔ Recruit, supervise, schedule, and develop staff while maintaining clear responsibilities and accountability.
✔ Establish and implement operational policies, service standards, and procedures.
✔ Resolve guest complaints promptly and use feedback to improve service and retention.
✔ Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
✔ Report on occupancy, revenue, costs, profitability, guest satisfaction, and team performance.

REQUIREMENTS

✔ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ Proven management experience in a hotel, apartment hotel, serviced apartment, or similar hospitality property.
✔ Experience with pre-opening planning, property setup, and launching hospitality operations.
✔ Demonstrated ability to grow occupancy and revenue, manage budgets, and improve business performance.
✔ Sound understanding of hospitality operations, pricing, revenue management, corporate sales, and online booking channels.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to manage teams, guest relationships, and commercial partnerships effectively.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality property management systems.
