Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and strategic direction across the real estate and investment arms of the business.
  • Drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across all business units.
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and resource management.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Monitor market trends and proactively identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
  • Represent the company at high-level meetings and with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 6 years’ progressive leadership experience, ideally within real estate, investment, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-business operations and drive results.
  • Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A high level of integrity, self-motivation, and adaptability.
