Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. You will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes within your assigned section to the highest standards.

• Supervise and support junior kitchen staff in your section.

• Ensure food preparation meets hygiene and safety regulations.

• Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients as needed.

• Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section.

• Ensure timely delivery of food during service hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a busy kitchen

• 3–5 years of professional kitchen experience

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.

• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

• Passion for food quality and creativity in presentation.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
