Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives in Abuja. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the telecommunications sector, particularly with fiber optics, and possess a strong network within residential estates in Abuja.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth: Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities within residential estates and corporate sectors.
Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including estate managers and corporate clients.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development within the telecom/internet service industry, with a focus on fiber optics.
Network: Established connections within residential estates in Abuja.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the telecommunications landscape in Nigeria.
