JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our automobile company in Zone 4, Abuja. The ideal candidate will oversee administrative operations, maintain office efficiency, support management, and ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support
Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
Prepare reports, correspondence, and official documents
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
Office Management
Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary
Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and facilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
Support management with administrative tasks and projects
Record Keeping & Coordination
Maintain employee and company records
Assist in preparing operational reports and business documentation
Coordinate communication between departments
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in an administrative role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
Experience in the automobile industry is an added advantage
