Job Description

We are seeking professional, customer-oriented Servers/Waiters to join the dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to provide outstanding service in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Candidates with experience or interest in restaurant sales and marketing will have an added advantage, as part of the role involves actively contributing to customer engagement and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously

• Present menus, take food and beverage orders, and relay them accurately to the kitchen

• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner

• Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions about ingredients or dietary restrictions

• Upsell menu items and promotions to maximize sales and enhance guest experience

• Actively participate in sales and marketing initiatives such as social media engagement, promotions, and customer feedback collection

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area

• Process bills and handle payments

• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally

• Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven experience working in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting

• OND, HND, or a Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or any related field

• Experience or interest in sales and marketing within a hospitality or retail environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Neat and professional appearance

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Must reside in Abuja, preferably within or near Wuse 2
