Job Summary
A reputable automobile company in Abuja is seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Secretary/Admin Officer to provide administrative and clerical support to management and ensure smooth daily office operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management and office staff
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and office calendars
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other official documents
- Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
- Maintain proper filing systems and organized office records
- Assist with client follow-ups and internal office communication
- Coordinate office activities and support day-to-day operations
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and documents
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer operations
- Good typing and document preparation skills
- Social media and online communication skills are an added advantage
- Professional appearance, attitude, and work ethics
- Previous experience as a Secretary/Admin Officer is an added advantage
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000
