Job Description

We are seeking two proactive and experienced Supervisors to help lead daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidates will oversee both front- and back-of-house activities, support staff performance, ensure outstanding customer service, and uphold food quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations

• Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve issues promptly

• Train, guide, and motivate team members to deliver top-notch service

• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and policy adherence

• Manage inventory levels and liaise with suppliers as needed

• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

• Coordinate shift schedules and delegate responsibilities effectively

• Assist with cash handling, POS operations, and daily sales reconciliation

• Contribute to marketing and promotional activities

• Report directly to the restaurant manager or owner

Requirements

• 3–4 years of supervisory experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting

• OND, HND, or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Sound understanding of restaurant operations and safety procedures

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Neat, professional appearance and demeanor

• Must reside in Abuja, preferably in or near Lokogoma
