About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, and produce short-form videos that grow the brand’s online presence.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in social media management, content creation, video editing, and audience engagement, with a strong interest in beauty and fashion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the company’s Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar.
  • Create engaging posts, Reels, Stories, and short-form videos.
  • Shoot and edit videos for social media.
  • Edit videos using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Write engaging captions and social media copy.
  • Monitor beauty, fashion, and social media trends.
  • Create content that showcases products, services, and the brand.
  • Respond to comments and messages professionally.
  • Grow engagement, reach, followers, and brand visibility.
  • Track social media performance and prepare simple reports.
  • Support social media campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong video editing skills.
  • Ability to create engaging Reels, TikToks, and short-form videos.
  • Good knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Strong interest in beauty and fashion.
  • Creative with good storytelling and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Good understanding of current social media trends.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Portfolio of previous social media and video work is required.

Salary & Work Arrangement

₦150,000 monthly | Hybrid | Full-time
