Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Waiter (Female Preferred) to join our fast-food team in Gwarinpa, Abuja. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an excellent dining experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate orders to the kitchen or preparation team.
• Serve food, beverages, smoothies, and other menu items professionally.
• Ensure customers receive their orders promptly and correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, counters, and service areas.
• Assist customers with menu options and provide recommendations when required.
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
• Ensure proper food handling and hygiene practices are followed.
• Support daily opening and closing activities of the outlet.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience as a Waiter, Food Attendant, Customer Service Assistant, or similar role.
• Previous experience in a fast-food restaurant or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, respectful, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
• Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Must be responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
• Must be available for immediate employment.
