Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized NYSC corps member to serve as an Accountant & Assistant Admin Officer in our financial services company. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations and provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth office functioning.
What You Will Do

Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports

Record daily transactions and update accounting ledgers
-
Support invoice processing and expense tracking
-
Reconcile accounts and assist with bank reconciliations

Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
-
Provide administrative support, including scheduling and correspondence

Assist in handling office supplies and basic operational tasks

Support compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
Who You Are
-
Currently serving NYSC corps member (Abuja posting preferred)
-
Background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Basic knowledge of accounting principles
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Detail-oriented and well organized
-
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: โฆ50,000 per month
