Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Relationship Sales Officer to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new clients, promoting financial products, and building strong, long-term customer relationships. This role requires a proactive individual with strong sales skills and a solid understanding of financial products and services.
What You Will Do

Identify and acquire new clients (individuals and businesses)

Market and sell financial products such as loans, investments, and asset financing

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Meet and exceed assigned sales targets

Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities

Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active clients

Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support

Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports
Who You Are

A motivated sales professional with strong negotiation skills

Experienced in financial services sales (banking, microfinance, fintech, or investment firms preferred)

Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Target-driven and performance-oriented

Knowledgeable about financial products and client acquisition strategies

Organized, proactive, and self-disciplined

Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience preferred
