Job Description
We are looking for a professional and proactive Receptionist / Social Media Manager to join our financial services company in Jabi, Abuja. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations while also supporting the company’s online presence and customer engagement on social media platforms.
What You Will Do
Greet and attend to clients and visitors in a professional manner
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
Manage the company’s social media pages and respond to messages or comments
Create simple content and posts to promote company services
Schedule appointments and maintain visitor records
Handle incoming emails and basic office correspondence
Support general administrative and office coordination tasks
Assist in maintaining a welcoming and organized front office environment
Who You Are
OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer tools
Organized, presentable, and customer-focused
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₦120,000 per month
