A reputable restaurant in Wuse 2, Abuja, is looking for an experienced fine dining restaurant manager. The candidate should have a strong background in managing fine dining restaurants, knowledge of the Abuja market, and the ability to drive sales and explore new market opportunities. The role requires you to lead and oversee the operations of our thriving restaurant, as well as improve customer satisfaction and achieve overall success.

Salary: ₦200,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement cost control to minimize expenses and increase profitability.
• Promote the restaurant’s presence in the Abuja community and networking events
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and increase revenue.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regular guests, enhancing loyalty and repeat business.
• Implement and enforce high standards of service and hospitality.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Work with an accountant, monitor financial performance, and prepare reports for senior management.
• Explore new market opportunities and develop initiatives to attract new customers.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies when necessary.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional events and activities.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update the menu, ensuring variety and quality.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff such as servers, chefs, and support staff.
• Work with kitchen supervisors to conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and ambiance.
• Develop and implement staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and a productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality.


• Female applicant between 25 and 30 years old
• A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field
• 3 years of managerial experience in fine dining restaurants.
• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving financial targets.
• Knowledge of the Abuja market and customer preferences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in social media and restaurant management software is an is an added advantage.
