As part of our process, if your qualifications match a job opening, our Recruitment Team may interview you and refer your profile to clients. When the client does not pay the recruitment fee or expects the candidate to pay, a flat fee of ₦30,000 applies. This fee covers our operational costs and enables us to continue providing high-quality job opportunities.
Recruitment Fee Agreement
By registering, you agree that:

A one-time fee of ₦30,000 applies only if the employer does not pay or requires the candidate to cover the recruitment cost.

This fee may be deducted from your first salary or invoiced directly.

The agreement becomes valid once you accept a job offer through Startup Soar.
Consent & Confirmation
I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the Recruitment Fee Agreement. I authorize Startup Soar to proceed with my application and, if placed, deduct or collect a one-time fee of ₦30,000 as a recruitment service fee.
