Job Summary:
A leading restaurant in Wuse 2, Abuja is seeking an experienced and innovative Social Media Manager to take full ownership of its digital presence. The ideal candidate will be skilled in content creation, audience growth, and campaign strategy, with a passion for social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with business goals.

  • Produce high-quality, engaging, and original content for Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and other platforms.

  • Grow and manage online communities, responding to comments and messages.

  • Track performance metrics and optimize content and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns and promotions.

  • Manage influencer relationships and user-generated content.

  • Run targeted paid ad campaigns to boost engagement and visibility.

  • Stay current with platform updates, emerging trends, and best practices.

  • Monitor brand reputation and handle customer feedback professionally.

  • Plan and execute social media contests, giveaways, and events to increase engagement.

  • Conduct competitor and industry analysis to inform content strategy.

  • Coordinate cross-platform campaigns with offline marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.

  • Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts, ideally in hospitality.

  • Strong portfolio of content and campaign results.

  • Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, and social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).

  • Skilled in analytics tools: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics.

  • Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and visual content skills.

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.

  • Experience running successful paid social media campaigns.

  • Ability to manage multiple social accounts and platforms simultaneously.

  • Strong understanding of SEO, hashtags, and content discovery tactics.
