Job Description

Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute HR and administrative functions across the group’s real estate and investment businesses.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.
- Support management in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
- Handle day-to-day office administration, procurement, and vendor management.
- Foster a productive and engaging work environment.
- Coordinate training, employee performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for staff and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Experience working in a multi-business or group structure is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labour laws.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with HR software/tools.
