Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute HR and administrative functions across the group’s real estate and investment businesses.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.
  • Support management in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
  • Handle day-to-day office administration, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Foster a productive and engaging work environment.
  • Coordinate training, employee performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for staff and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Experience working in a multi-business or group structure is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labour laws.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with HR software/tools.
